OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce 60 fl oz 1-1/2 qt.
roasted garlic paste - 2-2/3 Tbsp.
scallions, white parts only, thinly sliced - 2-2/3 Tbsp.
Ribs
pork baby back ribs, cooked 9 lb. -
garlic bulbs, roasted - 24 each
scallions, grilled - 48 each

Directions

ROASTED Garlic & Scallion Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan 15 min., stirring occasionally.

FOR each serving: Place 6 oz. ribs in shallow pan; brush with 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic & Scallion Sauce. Bake in 350ºF standard oven 10 min. or until heated through. Serve with roasted garlic bulb and 2 grilled scallions.
