fresh spinach leaves, loosely packed 4 oz. 1 qt.
red onions, thinly sliced, separated into rings 4 oz. 64 each
BOCA Original Vegan Burger, grilled 5 lb. 16 each
portobello mushrooms, gills removed, grilled 2 lb. 16 each
tomatoes, sliced 1 lb. 16 slices

Directions

FOR each serving: Spread top half of 1 roll with 1 tsp. mustard.

FILL roll with 1/4 cup spinach; 4 onion rings; and 1 each burger, mushroom and tomato slice.
