Ingredients Weights Measures
sour cream 8 lb. 1 gal.
GOOD SEASONS Italian Dry Mix Salad Dressing 7.6 oz. 1 pouch
cucumbers, chopped 1 lb. 2-3/4 cups
onions, chopped 12 oz. 2-3/4 cups
green peppers, chopped 12 oz. 2-3/4 cups
red peppers, chopped 12 oz. 2-3/4 cups


MIX sour cream and dressing mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.

SERVE with vegetable dippers, chips, crackers and/or bread sticks.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

For a lower fat version, substitute fat-free plain yogurt for the sour cream.
