ciabatta loaves, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices 4 lb. 48 slices
GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 1 lb. 1-1/2 cups
Swiss cheese, shredded 2 lb. 2 qt.
smoked ham, thinly sliced 1-1/2 lb. -
rotisserie chicken, pulled 3 lb. 2 qt.
CLAUSSEN Kosher Pickles Whole 60 Count, each cut lengthwise into 8 slices 12 oz. 6 each
unsalted butter, melted 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups

Directions

FOR each serving: Spread 2 bread slices evenly with 1 Tbsp. mustard. Fill with 3 Tbsp. cheese, 1 oz. ham slices, 1/3 cup chicken, 2 pickle slices and additional 3 Tbsp. cheese. Brush outside of sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp. butter.

GRILL on flat-top griddle heated to 350ºF for 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Cut in half.
