Dark Chocolate Delight-Glazed Cheesecake

Ingredients

graham cracker crumbs 1 lb. + 6.4 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
sugar 7 oz. 1 cup
unsalted butter, melted 14 oz. 1-3/4 cups
PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter (slacked for 1 hour) 12 lb. 4 pouches
PHILADELPHIA DELIGHTS Dark Chocolate, warmed 2.5 lb. 1 qt.

Directions

COMBINE cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottoms of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or onto bottom of 1 springform pan for trial recipe).

BAKE in 325ºF standard oven for 10 min.; cool.

POUR each pouch of Cheesecake Batter into a separate bowl; stir until creamy. Pour over each crust. Bake as directed on package. Run knife around rim of each pan to loosen cake; cool completely. Refrigerate cheesecakes several hours or until chilled.

SPREAD 1 cup DELIGHTS onto top of each cheesecake with an off-set spatula. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Cut cheesecakes into 12 slices.

Prepare and bake plain cheesecakes as directed. Cut each cheesecake into 12 slices, then cover each individual slice with warmed DELIGHTS, enrobing the entire slice.
