HAM & Pineapple Salsa: Combine ingredients.
MAHI-MAHI: BRUSH 1 fillet with 1 Tbsp. oil. Grill on high heat 3 to 5 min., rotating halfway to form diamond grill marks. Turn fish over; place on sizzle platter. Brush with 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce.
BAKE in 450ºF convection oven 5 to 7 min. or until fish flakes easily.
SERVE 1 fillet with 1 cup Ham & Pineapple Salsa.
