KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture 2 lb. 2 qt.
unsalted butter 2.7 oz. 1/3 cup
garlic, minced 1.6 oz. 1/3 cup
uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined (16/20 ct.) and skewered 2.5 lb. 48 each
salt - 1 tsp.
ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
romaine lettuce, cut into 1-inch pieces 3 lb. 2 gal.
KRAFT Creamy Caesar Dressing 16 oz. 2 cups
croutons 8 oz. 1 qt.


FOR each Parmesan bowl: Heat nonstick saute pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 cup cheese to skillet; spread to form 6-inch circle. Cook until cheese begins to melt and is lightly browned on bottom; turn. Cook until second side is lightly browned. Remove from skillet; immediately drape over inverted 6-inch bowl. Cool completely.

FOR each serving: Add 1 tsp. butter to saute pan; cook until melted. Add 1 tsp. garlic and 1 shrimp skewer; season with 1/16 tsp. each salt and pepper. Cook 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.

TOSS 2 cups lettuce with 2 Tbsp. dressing; add to Parmesan bowl. Top with 1/4 cup croutons and shrimp skewer.

For Grilled Shrimp
Melt butter; mix with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush onto skewered shrimp. Grill 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink, then add to salads as directed.
