Tiramisu Ice Cream Shake

Ingredients

vanilla ice cream 12 lb. 3-1/2 gal.
brewed strong GEVALIA Kaffe (any variety), cooled 3 lb. + 12 oz. 2 qt.
sugar 3-1/2 oz. 1/2 cup
Marsala wine 4 oz. 1/2 cup
whipped topping 6 oz. 3 cups
crisp ladyfingers 7 oz. 24 each
chocolate 1 oz. 1 square

Directions

FOR each serving: Place 2-1/4 cups (8 oz.) ice cream, 1/3 cup coffee and 1 tsp. each sugar and wine in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended. Pour into 16-oz. glass.

TOP with 2 Tbsp. whipped topping. Insert a ladyfinger into whipped topping.

GRATE chocolate evenly over drink.
