Italian bread loaves (1 lb.), cut in half lengthwise - -
olive Spread (recipe follows) - -
Cooked turkey breasts, sliced - -
ham, sliced - -
Cotto salami, sliced - -
Grilled vegetables ( zucchini, red and green peppers, onions), sliced - -
mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-oz. slices - -
Olive Spread
pitted black olives, finely chopped - -
pimento-stuffed green olives, finely chopped - -
KRAFT Italian Dressing - -
Coarse grind black pepper - -


FOR each loaf (4 servings): Spread bottom half of bread loaf with 3/4 cup Olive Spread. Top with layers of 6 oz. turkey, 12 oz. ham, 12 oz. salami, 1 cup vegetables and 4 cheese slices. Cover with top of loaf.

CUT each sandwich into 4 equal pieces. Cut each in half to serve, if desired.

OLIVE Spread: Mix all ingredients until blended.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

For added zest, substitute provolone cheese for mozzarella cheese.
The Olive Spread can be prepared up to 2 days ahead. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use.
