Italian bread loaves (1 lb.), cut in half lengthwise - 6 each
olive Spread (recipe follows) - 4-1/2 cups
Cooked turkey breasts, sliced 2 lb. + 4 oz. [-] -
ham, sliced 4 lb. + 8 oz. [-] -
Cotto salami, sliced 4 lb. + 8 oz. [-] -
Grilled vegetables ( zucchini, red and green peppers, onions), sliced 2 lb. + 4 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-oz. slices 1 lb. + 8 oz. 24 slices
Olive Spread
pitted black olives, finely chopped 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
stuffed green olives, finely chopped 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
KRAFT Italian Dressing 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Coarse grind black pepper - 1-1/2 tsp.

Directions

FOR each loaf (4 servings): Spread bottom half of bread loaf with 3/4 cup Olive Spread. Top with layers of 6 oz. turkey, 12 oz. ham, 12 oz. salami, 1 cup vegetables and 4 cheese slices. Cover with top of loaf.

CUT each sandwich into 4 equal pieces. Cut each in half to serve, if desired.

OLIVE Spread: Mix all ingredients until blended.

TIP
For added zest, substitute provolone cheese for mozzarella cheese.
The Olive Spread can be prepared up to 2 days ahead. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use.
